Program Admission Requirements:

No one will be denied services on the basis of race, creed, national origin, gender, religion, or maximum age.

Eligibility

Individual must have a documented disability

Be 18 years of age and ineligible for public school

Have documentation to complete an I-9 Form

Be medically stable

Pose no danger to self or others

Have the desire and ability to benefit from services

Pursue APD-DD or VR funding
